Everyone enjoyed Sue’s sunrise walk followed by breakfast! What a beautiful morning it was and being the morning after we lost our precious Queen Elizabeth, it was a soul lifter!

One question that I am asked frequently is “how do you find all the walks?” I think that most people realise that when I am not walking with clients, I spend A LOT of my time finding new routes, walking them several times, risk assessing them……before they get added to my repertoire! Naturally it

A great walk today at Acres Down – what a beautiful area with so many different walks! We walked across heathland, through woods, climbed hills with views, crossed idyllic bridges (with very little water underneath!) and enjoyed cycle paths and grass rides. The walk was 5.5 miles in two hours (it is Sunday, so we
