Want to improve your fitness in 2022? Or maybe you want to be able to walk further? Whatever the reason, our Walk2Fitness course is for you! Starting Sunday 27 February at 1pm Over 5 weeks we will aim to increase the distance and help you increase your stamina from 3.5 miles to 7 miles*, as well as adding in some
