Want to take your fitness and strength to the next level? This is the one for you!! This instructor led session will improve your muscular strength, resistance, endurance. It is a full body intense workout. Exercises are differentiated to suit your level of fitness. Bands are used for resistance work and smoveys will improve your cardio. Hill drills and interval training will be embedded into the session when we qare at Newbold comyn or Burton Dassett Hills . This is a moderate demanding instructor lead session

This is a fast paced walk.It is suitable for those with a good level of fitness.
We will walk along the Trailway to Delph Woods. From the woods, we may go up an incline ( sandy, stoney path, some gorse, nettles present, occasional cows) to Dunyeats Heath and then circle back down to the woods, to continue the wooded walk. Or we may stay in the woods depending on the paths at the time

This is an early morning walk to get you ready for the day. We will visit 4 locations in rotation, Stour Meadows where we will hopefully get to see the Kingfishers and the Otters, Field Grove woods for the birds and possible Deer, The Mildown for birds and whilst it is still fairly dark the possibilty of a Bat or two circling over head and then Stourpaine for the beautful scenery with lots of sheep up on Hod Hill plus Deer when we cross the River Stour.

Each week we focus on specific balance activities to activate the core and improve our equilibrium such as `clock` work, `tight rope`, `flamingo stand` and `superman`.

Duration – 1 ½ hours, walk grade 3.5. The Regular Walk is a social way to get fit and stay fit. It`s aimed at walkers that can maintain a pace of 3.5 mph. After a warm up we will set off together and those that wish to walk fast can go ahead and at certain points we will gather together. This is achieved by those walking ahead will, at certain points or times, double back to the rear of the group or remaining at a pre-determined rendezvous point and practicing drills or other gentle exercises to keep warm and active.

This workout walk will include a short walk along the South West Coast National Trail if the tide is in or will take in the Rudyard Kipling poem etched along the promenade should the tide be out as a precursor to the scheduled workout. Alternatively we will walk the Tor. Gentle Pace Walk & Breakfast – Join Us!
Join us for a relaxing Pace 1 walk through beautiful woodland trails, ending with a pre-ordered cooked breakfast at 10:30 AM.
This scenic route takes us through peaceful forest paths, occasionally opening up to stunning panoramic views. We’ll follow the labyrinth trails, offering flexibility in our route, with a few gentle hills—nothing too strenuous!
