These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking™ is a unique mix of drills and strength exercises all carried out in a stunning location. You get to enjoy the outdoors, take in the views but work out at the same time whilst having fun too.
Good general fitness is recommended but not a requirement just the motivation to put in your best effort.

It’s magical to walk here as this was the site of the Roman town Venta Icenorum ‘Market Place of the Iceni’ and predecessor of the county city of Norwich!
We will vary our routes each week, choosing from a variety of hilly High Ash Farm trails or crossing over the Caistor St Edmund Roman Town. So many options…If you have never tried our Twin Peaks Walk - this is the one for you!

Come and join us on a social walk on a circular route of around 5km within the Historic Estate of Lyme Park.
Nestling on the edge of the Peak District, Lyme was once home to the Legh family, and in its heyday a great sporting estate.
The estate is 1400 acres, so offers lots of different walks with stunning views, and we may see some of their famous deer herd too.
Optional coffee and cake afterwards in The Timberyard Cafe.

Join me for a walk in the countryside around Hildenborough. It could be a little muddy so robust footwear recommended!
I need a minimum of 3 people for a walk. Please cancel by 6pm the day before a walk. If you need to cancel after this time or on the day of the walk, I would ask that you just let me know that you cannot attend and the walk will remain chargeable. If a walk is to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, I will let you know by 8pm the evening before.
MODERATE Walks - walks might involve hills and we walk at a pace of around 3 - 3.5 miles per hour. The walks are usually around 90 mins.

This week the terrific Tuesday series of Explorer WALX location is Mapleton, a charming and secluded brick-built village in the Dove valley with attractive views located just outside of Ashbourne.
Mappleton offers the serenity of unchanging scenery and peace. A one arch bridge spans the river dove to carry the road to Okeover Hall, an early 18th century Hall.

Medium Adventure Walk: Exploring Chatsworth Estate and Edensor
Date: Tuesday 29th April
Meet at 9.45 for 10am start at Calton Lees car park, DE4 2NX
Distance: 4 miles, 2 hours
The walk: Footpaths, farm tracks and quiet lanes without pavement. Some areas prone to mud and uneven walking.We start walking uphill via a farm track and woods. When we leave the woods, we see Edensor in front of us. Going downhill now, crossing park land, where we might see the deer. There is the option to go to the tearoom in Edensor. We will talk about this closer to the walk. Level walking through the park, along the river brings us back to the car park.Please bring water & snacks, also waterproofs & layers.
