For this fabulous walk we meet at the usual car park for Cocking walks and follow our regular Cocking West route.

On the return leg, we’ll take a short diversion north off the South Downs Way to visit the reserve.

We'll stop for coffee at the Cadence Café, located on the path leading up from the car park.

The full loop is approximately 7 km, taking around 1 hour and 30 minutes to walk, and finishes up a path directly opposite the café.

This course will help you understand how to use the poles for health, fitness and fun. This session is 2 x 45 minutes over 2 Thursdays, this course will ensure you get the correct movement and techniques from the start.
