Walk Description:

A gentler walk for those with a medical condition that means their mobility is limited, and who feel their fitness levels have declined as a result. Reduced balance may also be an issue. The challenge is still to manage an hour walk, with rests when needed. Exercises are included to work on leg strength, flexibility, and balance. Regularly weekly walks can bring about improvements and improve confidence. The walk will cover different routes each week on the Greensward, or inland along the wooded paths.
