The majority of our walks take place in the extensive grounds of Sandringham Estate Park and Wolferton/Dersingham bog. These grounds are beautiful and offer something for everyone.

If this is your first visit to Sandringham please let me know because I`ll walk over to the visitors centre to meet you.

This walk is for those who can walk 5-6 km in an hour and is moderate pace. Please do get in touch if you wish to ascertain your suitability.

A moderately paced Total Body WALX for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, the WALX Leader will lead you through a warm up, follow the aerobic curve during the walk to enable you to improve your fitness levels, finish with a cool down and a stretch.    

You can book this session without the Power of Poles training, join us walking with no poles or borrow a set from us and feel the ‘Power of Poles’.

The one where the wellbeing AND workout walkers come together for a mixed pace walk.

The only criteria being, you must be able to hold a good comfortable pace for an hour. If you`re not sure if this class is suitable for you, then please get in touch.

The faster walkers will be expected to complete `extra loops`and/or walk back to the group in order to keep everyone together.

A walk to stretch our legs in the local woodlands and enjoy the calm of the countryside.

This is a delightful and gentle scenic walk through Thorncombe Woods.

Suitable for all abilites with or without poles.

There is a wealth of wildlife – including resident Dartmoor ponies- and a varied range of mature trees and open scrubland from which, high up, there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside with the Purbeck Hill’s in the distance. A walk not to be missed!

We will meet in car park, there is a charge of £1 per hour, to use the car park.

Throughout the walk we will be observing the social distancing as best as possible at all times.

Please note that there are no toilet facilities at this time.
