A comfortably paced walk for you to enjoy in a social atmosphere, the instructor will lead you through a warm up, during the walk follow the aerobic curve to enable you to improve your fitness levels and general wellbeing, finishing with a cool down and a stretch at the end of the walk.
Please ensure that you have completed the Nordic Walking Learn to Walk/Power of Poles Intro course prior to booking this session. Beginner courses are now available in Bexley, free Taster sessions are available.

The only criteria being, you must be able to hold a good comfortable pace for an hour. If you`re not sure if this class is suitable for you, then please get in touch.
The faster walkers will be expected to complete `extra loops`and/or walk back to the group in order to keep everyone together.
